At La Cholla Airpark, an airpark in Southern Arizona, residents live and enjoy their planes, horses and abundant wildlife around a 4500' paved and lighted runway.

The Airpark is 20 miles Northwest of Tucson, AZ and set on 1.5 sections, or about 1000 acres.  All lots are a minimum of at least seven acres.

We are a PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL AIRPARK.  The runway is for the use of residents and their guests only.  Translent aircraft are welcome on a PRIOR PERMISSION ONLY BASIS.  See the PILOT OPERATING PROCEDURES for details.  Our large lots afford us a rural lifestyle, including horses, shopping, and schools nearby.  Wildlife is everywhere, with frequent sightings of Deer, Javelina and Harris Hawks to name a few.

Bring your horses and planes and come enjoy a little bit of Arizona Paradise at La Cholla Air Park!
